Packed full of flavour this pickle is far from sharp and vinegary. Infused with distilled junipers from Deerness Distillery the cucumber and onion transform into piquant sweet vegetables. The liquor itself can be used to create vinaigrette using cold pressed Scottish Rapeseed oil. Fabulous with, rye, cured meats, smoked fish, baba ghanoush and salty cheese.
