Fatty Cutties – Originating from Westray (outer island of Orkney) these biscuits are made with such simple ingredients, flour, sugar, currants and butter. What makes them special and so moreish is the Orkney butter and being cooked on a griddle. Proud to have won first prize at the West Mainland Flower, Produce and Industrial Show.
Recipes are prepared in a kitchen which does use nuts and gluten.
