Orkney Rhubarb Jam
Orkney Rhubarb Jam – A little added vanilla essence gives a smooth creamy edge. Not tart as maybe expected with rhubarb. Works well with almonds in a Bakewell Tart or simply with buttercream in a plain sponge. A great all-rounder.
